A: The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel is not an all-inclusive property. However, guests enjoy a number of facilities at no extra cost. These include breakfast, access to our guest-only fitness center and free wired and wireless Internet access in bedrooms.

A: Shuttle service to and from the airport may be arranged through our reservations department. Charges apply.

A: Our regular check-in time is at 3:00 pm. In some instances it may be possible to request an earlier check-in, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

A: Each guest room accommodates a maximum of four persons. An extra person charge is applicable for each additional person in the room.

A: Children under 12 years of age sleep free. Maximum two children per room.
